February 7, 1945 - Passing Negros. Evening - Between Mindanao and Bohol.

January 26, 1945 - Morning - flash red - we didn’t see any enemy planes. Noon - had electrical class conducted by Mr. Matthews, Engineer Officer. Evening - GQ - One Destroyer was running around in circles like he had a sub contact. He never dropped depth charges so I guess he didn’t. We got a report of a Bogie but, it only got within 16 miles before it turned back. We were passing Negros and Cebu today. We don’t yet know where we are going.

January 15, 1945 - Passed Panay and Negros. In the Sulu Sea.

January 5, 1945 - In Mindanao Sea - between Mindanao and Negros Islands, Evening - attacked by Midget subs, no ships reported damaged. LST 500 yards off our port beam sighted sub surfaced - two torpedos passed in front of LST 463 and one reported passing under another ship. Had 3 flash reds.
